Meet Meagan

Hi! I’m Meagan!

My friends would describe me as quirky and creative, constantly stepping to the beat of my own drum. I love dark lipstick in summer, probably own too many candles (is there really such a thing?), will dive headfirst into a fantasy novel and love a good true crime documentary. I can braid my own hair but not someone else’s and I’m terrible at telling jokes (but this totally makes me funnier).

Living in Southwest Florida for all my life has given me a love of the outdoors and I spend a lot of time with my husband and kids out at the beach or at one of our local parks. I’m so grateful for year-round exploration with them. Watching my children grow up in many of the same places I did warms my heart, but we sure do love going on adventures to new places and try to road trip every summer to continue making memories. 

What it’s like to work with me

For over 15 years now I’ve been growing, learning, and perfecting my craft behind the camera. Working in the sunshine state has given me a great eye for finding that good lighting that leads to soft, yet colorful images. You can feel comfortable and confident with me, knowing I’m going to pay close attention to the details, from your family portraits to your wedding day, focusing on those moments in between where the biggest memories are made as that is where timeless pictures come from. They’re made in the little smiles and kisses you think no one is watching, the subtle swipe of your childs hair, the playful way you interact with your best friend… 

Rest assured that I will be there to help make sure your hair stays in place, ties are tied the right way everything goes exactly as it should

Getting married somewhere amazing? I want to know! I do love travel!
